This last Scavenger Hunt went on for several months. We almost gave up on anyone finding it and very nearly changed the prize and the location.

The winner was jimspam who found the logo on January 27th 2015 at 10:44PM and won a copy of Infestation Survivor Stories. The location was  x:-1597.418091 y:662.039368 z: -9317.396484. Somewhere in the mountains.

We will soon be officially re-opening our server ( it never was closed). But with the help of our new Admin Misterff1 and our newly appointed Moderator DEE we hope to bring you some great new and updated features. To celebrate this event we will be starting a new Scavenger Hunt with a really awesome prize, so stay tuned.

After adding the classic game Pong to our Just Cause 2 Multiplayer game server i had a rush of enthusiasm and created another distraction from Exploring, Discovering and Destroying and added another great game this one from the 80’s, Tetris.

Once you have connected to our game server just type /tetris in chat. Follow the on screen instructions on how to play. Maybe you can make it on to the high scores list.

The original Tetris script was written by bobsayshilol for the Just Cause 2 multiplayer community and they did a very good job but i took that script modified and tweaked it a lot and made it better.

For a limited time JC2MP Tetris, as I am calling it, Will be available to all players. Once the time is up it will be Gaveroid Steam Group member exclusive content.

While playing Tetris or Pong on our game server your player will be automatically set to passive mode, this means you cannot be harmed or killed and you cannot harm or kill any other player. We are in the process of adding some kind of visual notification to let other players know that you are in passive mode and playing a game.

I decided to add a little flash back from the past while playing on our Just Cause 2 multiplayer server. You can now take a break from all the exploring and destroying and discover our great version of the classic game Pong.

To obtain access you must first be a member of our Steam group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/gaveroid. Once you have joined our Steam group and connected to our JC-MP server at jc-mp.gaveroid.com type /pong [difficulty] in chat. You can choose from six [difficulty] levels, amateur, easy, medium, hard, veteran and pro.

You against the CPU. First one to win 5 games wins the match. There are no limits to the number of matches you can win.

Use your mouse to move your bat, click either mouse button to pause the game. While playing hit the X key to exit. Hit the H key for help. Once you have won a match you can press the C key to continue playing pong at your current difficulty level.  To select another difficulty level you must exit your current game by pressing X then type /pong [difficulty] in chat again.

Only your highest score no matter what difficulty level will be saved. While playing pong your player will be in passive mode, this means you cannot be killed/harmed or kill/harm other players. The game also keeps track of the overall high score and if you manage to beat it you will receive $100 to use in game via the buy menu.
