@discord Joined my own community’s server in September 2016 and I’ve been in ever since! They made it behind my back as I refused to switch from TeamSpeak 3 and, well… Discord won me over quickly once that happened haha.

@RicoStar16 @USAA I appreciate it. I’ve been blasting this on Facebook etc to let others know to stay away from USAA, and their consumer advocacy team keeps calling me about it but offering no real solution and making no change. I did not try Reddit though, thanks for the idea.

@ShawnDa86669158 @USAA Pretty much this is what they’re trying to do to me. Undervaluing my vehicle and as a result totaling it… despite the repair plus supplemental being less than that payout? They just don’t make sense. They’d rather make me angry and total it than spend less to fix it.
